Project Director

We are currently working with an international multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Project Director to lead the delivery of a luxury hospitality development in Dubai.

This is a senior leadership position requiring someone with a proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects from design stages through to successful delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project stakeholders. You will also have significant involvement with the client therefore, you must have excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall project strategy, delivery, programme, and coordination of a high-profile hospitality development
• Act as the key point of contact between the client, design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Engineering, and specialist consultants
• Oversee design coordination, technical delivery, project milestones, risk management, and quality control
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest international standards expected within the luxury hospitality sector

Requirements:

• Minimum 18+ years experience within Architecture, Engineering Consultancy, or Project Management environments
• Minimum 8 years experience in the UAE market is essential
• Strong background delivering luxury Hospitality / Hotel projects
• Experience managing large-scale developments from design through construction stages
• Strong client facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience working with international consultancies is highly preferred
