We're Hiring: Project Engineer / Architect

Location: Abu Dhabi

Ali & Sons Real Estate – Sole Proprietorship LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Projects Engineer / Architect to join our IFM/PMO Division.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong architectural engineering expertise and project coordination experience, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and development across commercial projects

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications

• Review contractor payments, claims, and project documentation

• Support project closeout, snagging, testing & commissioning, and handover processes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural engineering/project coordination within a consulting firm

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
