Project Engineer (Building Management System / BMS)

• Working Days: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute BMS projects from design through testing and commissioning.

• Review project specifications, drawings and technical requirements.

• Prepare system design, control schematics, points lists, equipment selections and project documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Monitor project schedules, costs, material deliveries and site progress.

• Supervise installation works and ensure compliance with project and safety requirements.

• Carry out testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and system handover.

• Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.

• Prepare method statements, testing reports, operation manuals and as-built documentation.

• Provide technical support and resolve project-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Building Services Engineering.

• Experience in BMS, ACMV controls, building automation or M&E projects is preferred.

• Knowledge of control systems, electrical drawings, sensors, actuators or communication protocols is advantageous.

• Candidates with experience in data centre, hospital or commercial building projects will have an advantage.
