Are you an experienced engineering professional ready to take on exciting construction and infrastructure projects in Dubai

We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer / Civil Engineer to support project planning, engineering execution, site operations, and technical coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, coordinate, and monitor civil engineering and construction activities

Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and site activities

Ensure construction work meets approved designs, quality standards, and specifications

Identify technical issues and coordinate effective engineering solutions

Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and materials

Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation

Support project cost, resource, and schedule management

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline

3–7+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and project coordination

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents

Strong project planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software is an advantage

UAE / GCC construction experience is highly desirable

Relevant professional certification or engineering registration is an advantage
