Project Engineer (Civil / QS / HSE)
Experience: 10 years
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing civil engineering coordination, cost control, and site safety to ensure successful execution of construction activities in compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate civil/structural drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and client specifications.
- Manage RFIs and design changes and coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders.
- Track quantities (BOQ), variations, and support cost control with the finance department.
- Review and validate contractor claims related to project costs.
- Implement and monitor HSE plans on site.
- Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks.
- Investigate and report site incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Strong knowledge of industrial or infrastructure civil projects (preferred).
