Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer - Offshore (Electrical & Instrumentation) to support and deliver Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical & instrumentation engineering activities for STP and wastewater projects

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress, budgets, and resources

• Review E&I design drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders

• Supervise site installation activities ensuring quality and safety compliance

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents

• Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, international standards, and environmental requirements

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Prepare progress reports for management and clients

• Support troubleshooting, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field

• 8–12 years of experience in E&I works for STP and wastewater projects

• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, instrumentation systems, MCCs, and control panels

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPLAN, and project management tools

• Knowledge of international codes, standards, and regulations

• GCC/Qatar experience preferred

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification

• Experience with Public Works Authority projects

• Knowledge of HSE and sustainability practices

• Experience in testing and commissioning of STP systems
