SUMMARY
Ensuring the technical coordination of the projects between Sales, Project Management and the Customer is effectively communicated to meet all contractual requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the project manager or lead as required for submission and getting approval of samples, GAD, materials submittal, Document submittals & etc. from consultant.
- Establish effective communication with the source factory's regarding design approvals, technical submissions and delivery and material issues.
- Manage and control of the Projects of the web-based document systems, downloading and uploading of income drawings and outgoing drawing including documents and variations to the contract.
- Maintaining the log for all the submittal to track the approval and occurrence of delays
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager in ensuring the projects deliverables are delivered.
- To achieve successful results, pro-actively interacts on an ongoing basis with the sales, design, installation and technical departments
- Monitor the total physical and financial performance of all assigned projects in relation to the contracted requirements.
- Liaise with finance team to raise invoice as per contract and follow up for the payment.
- Ensure timely and successful handover of each lift to the client.
- Comply with all TKE Company & HSE policy & procedures.
- Claim any missing, damages parts & etc. to factory.
- Support project quality requirements from installation metrics, warranties and punch-list ensuring work meets installation requirements.
- Prepare and submit close out documents such as As-built drawing, warranty certificates, O&M manual etc. as per project requirement.
- Assist PM to prepare or send formal correspondence or to customer upon any event to notify the completion of milestone or build a case
- Identify opportunity to submit change order.
- Comply with all TKE Company & HSE policy & procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's OH&S and environmental policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Report any OH&S and environmental concerns, incidents, or nonconformities to the appropriate department or management.
- Implement OH&S and environmental controls in all installation projects to mitigate risks and impacts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical electrical engineer)
- Professional certificate in project management i.e. PMP is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years experience with excellent technical knowledge in the elevator industry
Knowledge/skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft office including Microsoft Project, Primevera , share point, TEAMS Excellent negotiation and persuading skills.
- Ability to read & understand contract, technical specifications, GADs, Make Sheet, electrical drawings & etc.
- Able to deal with consultant through effective organization and time management.
- Ability to manage customer schedule and TKSA schedule and take critical path approach to tasks and project schedule.
