We are seeking a seasoned and visionary ELV Senior Project Engineer a professional who combines deep technical acumen with leadership and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Technical Leadership
- Lead the design, review, and implementation of complex ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, AV, ICT, BMS, Fire Alarm, and Home Automation.
- Ensure design compliance with UAE regulatory authorities such as MCC, SIRA and TDRA.
- Produce and review schematics, block diagrams, interface control documents, and shop drawings.
- Integrate multi-vendor systems ensuring seamless interoperability and adherence to client requirements.
2. Project Delivery & Site Management
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning and material submittals to testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients to resolve technical issues and implement design changes effectively.
- Monitor project progress, documentation, and compliance reporting.
3. Bid & Proposal Support
- Collaborate with sales and design estimation teams to prepare technically sound and commercially competitive proposals.
- Conduct RFP studies, raise RFIs, and prepare design-compliant technical submissions.
- Evaluate vendor quotations, perform cost estimations, and recommend optimal solutions aligned with project scope and pricing strategy.
4. Team Supervision & Mentorship
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to site engineers and technicians.
- Lead testing and commissioning activities, ensuring smooth project closure and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all phases.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Video Management Systems (VMS) such as Milestone, Digifort, Genetec, and others.
- Experience in Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Perimeter Security, Lighting Control, and Audio/Video Solutions.
- Familiarity with leading brands such as Axis, Bosch, Lenel, Suprema, HID, Cisco, HP, CommScope, Belden, Crestron, etc.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, and ELV integration protocols.
- Strong command over network design, cabling standards, and system interfacing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in ELV system design and project management.
- Strong leadership, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and client interfacing ability.
- UAE driving license preferred.
