Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Manage daily site activities for interior fit-out works.
- Supervise subcontractors, foremen and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and method statements.
- Monitor productivity and site progress against the project schedule.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate between Design, BIM, Procurement and Site teams.
- Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with site conditions.
- Raise RFIs and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Ensure proper installation of joinery, partitions, ceilings and finishes.
Project Planning & Progress Control
- Assist in preparing look-ahead programmes and daily/weekly work plans.
- Track project milestones and highlight delays or risks.
- Support the Project Manager in updating project schedules.
Material & Procurement Coordination
- Follow up on material deliveries and site requirements.
- Ensure received materials match approved submittals and specifications.
- Coordinate with Procurement for urgent site requirements.
Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Ensure all work complies with required quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate inspections and snagging activities.
- Close punch lists and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce site HSE regulations and safe working practices.
- Participate in safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Report unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates and inspection logs.
- Assist in preparing progress reports for management.
- Track drawings, revisions and site instructions.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- 4–7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, steel, modular/PODs, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong experience in site execution, supervision and technical coordination.
- Experience handling subcontractors, site teams and project activities.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with document control platforms such as Aconex or BIW.
- Basic knowledge of BIM tools such as Navisworks/Revit is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of shop drawings, RFIs, method statements and material submittals.
- Knowledge of QA/QC inspection procedures and project documentation.
HSE & Quality
- Site HSE training required; NEBOSH/IOSH is an advantage.
- Knowledge of QA/QC inspections, snagging and punch-list closure.
- Understanding of method statement preparation and implementation.
Languages
- English required.
- Hindi or Arabic preferred.
Other Requirements
- Driving licence preferred where operationally required.
- Willingness to travel.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, communication and team management skills.
