As a Project Engineer, you will manage the technical, planning, and coordination parts of residential and high-rise tower projects. The role supports the Project and Construction Managers, manages site engineering teams, and handles the link between site, consultants, design teams, and subcontractors from execution through to handover.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee civil and structural works across assigned towers or zones, making sure they follow the programme, budget, and specifications.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals, and follow up on consultant approvals.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes and technical issues.
• Monitor progress against the baseline programme, highlight delays, and support recovery planning with the Planning team.
• Manage and guide Site Engineers and supervisors, and review daily site reports and work plans.
• Handle RFIs, technical queries, and correspondence with consultants and the client's representatives.
• Support the commercial team with quantity take-offs, variation assessments, and subcontractor payment certifications.
• Make sure QA/QC procedures are followed, including inspection requests, NCR closure, and material testing.
• Coordinate subcontractor mobilisation, scope clarity, and performance monitoring.
• Attend and contribute to progress meetings, and prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
• Support authority inspections, testing and commissioning, snagging, and handover documents.
• Enforce HSE compliance across all project activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor's preferred).
• 8–12 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience delivering residential and high-rise tower projects (G+20 and above).
• Solid background with main contracting firms in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, and façade works, plus MEP coordination for high-rise buildings.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, and consultant approval processes.
• Understanding of FIDIC contract conditions, variations, and subcontractor management.
