We are looking for a KNX certified Project Manager to work with a leading Home Automation Company in Dubai!

Position : Home Automation Projects Manager ( KNX Certified )

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the entire installation process for

smart home automation, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the clients

satisfaction.

Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, providing

guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to

company standards.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the

installation process, addressing any concerns or questions and providing regular

updates on project progress.

Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in smart home

technology and automation systems, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and

capable of installing and troubleshooting the latest products.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations,

including project plans, client communications, and post-installation reports.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all installations comply with relevant industry

standards, codes, and regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve installation processes

and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall client

satisfaction.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience with a minimum of 1+ years of experience as Asst.

Manager / Manager in the field of Automation execution, or luxury home solutions

execution

Complete knowledge and understanding of KNX Systems

Handling a team of 5+ members

Dealing with various vendors/contractors

Interpersonal effectiveness, takes ownership, relationship skills, team management
