Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Engineer to support restaurant construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and monitor restaurant construction and fit-out projects.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Follow up on project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and technical requirements.
Support maintenance and improvement projects across restaurant locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or related field).
2+ years of experience in project engineering, construction, or fit-out projects.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good knowledge of project management and site supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
