Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager Interior Fitout to oversee and manage site activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in site supervision, execution, and coordination of civil works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, plan, and execute all site civil works according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- .Monitor daily site progress and ensure the smooth coordination between different trades and subcontractors
- .Inspect site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and quality standards
- .Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for technical approvals and inspections
- .Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports
- .Ensure safety protocols and site housekeeping are maintained at all times
- .Assist in quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and resource planning
- .Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related technical issues or design conflicts
- .Verify and certify subcontractor works and bills
- .Support the project team in achieving project milestones and timely completion
.Qualifications and Skills
- :Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- .Minimum 3+ years of experience in site execution within construction or contracting companies (building, infrastructure, or fit-out projects)
- .Strong technical knowledge of civil works, materials, and construction methods
- .Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
- .Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- .Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery
- .UAE driving license (mandatory)
