We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team, overseeing mechanical works executed by contractors on high-rise and residential construction projects across the UAE. - What You'll Be DoingYou will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring all mechanical installations on site — including HVAC, chilled water systems, fire suppression, domestic water supply, drainage, and building management systems — ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE regulatory requirements.
- What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical inspection
- Background within consultant or supervision firms in the UAE
- Proven experience on high-rise towers and residential building projects
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, fire suppression, plumbing, drainage, and BMS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with UAE local authority requirements and international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code)
