Project Engineer -MEP construction specially HVAC- FIRE FIGHTING

Job Responsibilities:

Review tender package and provide rough estimation about the project aspects.

Review & Coordination: Check shop drawings, coordination drawings.

Technical Submittals: Review materials, equipment data sheets. Ex: chillers, pumps, AHU, panels.

Value Engineering: Propose alternatives to save cost/time without compromising quality.

Create project CPS.

handling of project starts up procedures and needs & initial meetings and coordination.

Site Supervision ensure work is done per drawings, specs, and schedule.

Quality Control: Material inspection, method statement approval, ITPs, testing & commissioning.

Safety: Ensure HSE compliance with contractor. PPE, lifting plans.

Problem Solving: Technical and operating troubleshooting on site for team and clients.

Issue of on-going projects materials requests.

Lead project handover includes snag-list, As built, commissioning & start up .

Provide project regular performance reports.

Coordination with other dept. Finance & supply chain & technical office regarding project's needs & payments equities issues.

Job Qualifications:

• B.sc Mechanical -mechatronic engineering.
• Proven experiences in MEP construction specially HVAC- FIRE FIGHTING ,and
• Light current is additional advantage
• Enough information's about safety cultural and roles, local and international MEP codes.

Competencies Required:

- leadership.

- MSP or primavera & AutoCAD background.
