Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing complex technical projects involving Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles (UxV) including aerial, ground, and surface platforms—counter-drone solutions, and command and control software. You will work closely with the Project Manager, internal multidisciplinary teams, and external end-users to deliver reliable, mission-ready defense solutions from concept development to field deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, milestones, and technical delivery.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to system design, architecture, integration, testing, and validation.
  • Support field trials, demonstrations, deployment, and operational activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, defense authorities, suppliers, and technology partners.
  • Ensure technical documentation, quality, safety, and defense standards are maintained.
  • Support risk management, issue resolution, and continuous system improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 5+ years of engineering/project experience, preferably in defense, security, or unmanned systems.
  • Experience in system integration, testing, and deployment of complex systems.
  • Knowledge of C2 systems, sensors, RF, EO/IR, embedded systems, or cybersecurity is advantageous.
  • Understanding of MIL-STD, STANAG, ISO, or relevant defense standards is a plus.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to support field trials, travel, and operational activities.
