About the Role

Our client, a leading company specializing in waterproofing, flooring, and paint solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee and manage multiple projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will be based in Ajman and will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring project quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Frequent travel and site visits across the UAE are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise waterproofing, flooring, and painting projects from commencement to completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
• Verify material quantities, site measurements, and quality standards before and during installation.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and handover procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support the sales and estimation teams by providing technical input when required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience managing waterproofing, flooring, and painting projects.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, epoxy/polyurethane flooring, protective coatings, and construction finishing works.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and site practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for project supervision throughout the UAE.
• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE with immediate or short notice joining will be preferred.
