Project Estimator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Estimator role based in Jubail. The Project Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and industrial projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting site visits as needed, and collaborating with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to clarify scope and requirements. The role involves developing budgets, updating cost models, analyzing bids, and supporting tender preparation and pricing strategies. The Project Estimator will also track cost variations, help identify value engineering opportunities, and contribute to accurate forecasting to support decision-making and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills to develop, track, and control project financials.
• Candidates should possess Construction Estimating and Project Estimation skills to prepare accurate, detailed cost proposals and tenders.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders and present estimation findings clearly.
• Experience with industrial or construction projects in sectors such as Oil and Gas, Energy, or process plants is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in estimation and budgeting software, spreadsheets, and related tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
