Project Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai for a Project Estimator/Quantity Surveyor. The professional will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, managing budgets, and sourcing suppliers. Responsibilities also include assessing material and labor requirements, advising on cost-saving solutions, preparing tender documents, and liaising with stakeholders. Some tasks can be performed remotely, with physical presence required on-site or at the office as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and budget management
• Experience with analyzing project specifications, preparing tender documents, and advising on cost optimization
• Strong skills in supplier and vendor management, alongside negotiation expertise
• Familiarity with construction methodologies and industry standards, particularly in fit-outs and MEP works
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in industry-standard software tools; AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software knowledge preferred
• Previous experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is advantageous
