We are looking for an experienced Fit Out Estimator with good hands on experience in residential fit out projects and who is well versed in Dubai market conditions.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Estimator at Soltis Interiors LLC. The Project Estimator will be responsible for overseeing cost management, construction estimating, project estimation, budgeting, and communication during the project development process, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Cost Management, Construction Estimating, and Project Estimation skills
- Budgeting and Communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and information and make strategic decisions
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- AutoCad advanced user
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in residential fit out projects in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimates for fit out and construction projects
- Obtaining relevant market prices by communicating with vendors, subcontractors in order to secure best conditions
- Reading the drawings and visuals and preparing elaborate BOQs and pricing by analysis of all involved parameters
- Coordinating with the Engineering team in regards to most cost efficient solutions and methods in construction and fit out
- Preparing quantity take offs for proper pricing and invoicing
- Preparing regular cost reporting and proposing methods to improve cost efficiency on all levels of the work process
The successful candidate will be able to join at short notice (less than 2 weeks) and will have proven track record of similar role in Dubai.
