Project Finance Manager

* Develop financial and strategic reports and guidelines for potential global real estate investment opportunities. Construct key narratives for investment rationale.

* Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate project feasibility and optimize capital structures.

* Structure, negotiate, and execute debt and equity financing agreements for various projects.

* Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to assess project risks and returns.

* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and legal advisors, to secure project funding.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Finance, Economics, Business Administration) from a reputable university.

* Minimum 8 years of experience from investment banks, valuation departments of international consultancy companies (such as Big 4), M&A houses, multilaterals or similar institutions.

* Outstanding command of written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.

* Due to the global nature of the role, travel and willingness to work alternative hours will be required when necessary.

* Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Skills in the visualization of data is considered a significant plus.
