Title: Project Finance Officer

Department:Corporate & Institutional Banking - Credit and Lending

Location: Riyadh

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update covenants and conditions tracker for the PF portfolio and support management in monitoring their periodic compliance.
• Track waivers and amendments requests in the PF portfolio and monitor their quick redressal by the Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage team.
• Monitor project constructions and operations updates via periodically reviewing LTA reports.
• Review monthly PF portfolio system markers for correct RWA and capital computations.
• Ensure PCOD progress is proactively updated for RWA saves.
• Support management PFCL and Coverage relationship manager in evaluating the project status for classification.
• Monitor warning signs in PF portfolio.
• Maintain and continually improve MI and dashboards for the PF portfolio.
• Support management in completing PFCL Certifications for annual reviews of PF borrowers.
• Support management in liaising with HSBC SA for managing PF portfolio technical matters.
• Providing occasional backup support to management in managing contract finance portfolio.
• Provide reports and dashboards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Project Finance, Corporate/Institutional Banking, Credit, or related banking functions.
• Strong knowledge of Project Finance, financial covenants, credit monitoring, RWA/capital, and MIS/reporting, with strong analytical and Excel skills.
