Project HSE Manager - Abu Dhabi

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Project HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager at Western Bainoona Group. The Project HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing health, safety, and environmental compliance across project sites, ensuring alignment with company policies and relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HSE strategies, conducting routine inspections, organizing training sessions, and managing occupational health requirements. The selected candidate will also engage in risk assessments and collaborate with project teams to ensure safe and efficient work processes.

• Proficient knowledge and experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health management
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent, with the ability to apply health and safety protocols in a professional setting
• Experience in managing HSE aspects within project management and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Strong ability to deliver training and develop educational programs related to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; certifications in HSE preferred
• Experience in similar roles within the construction or transportation industry is an advantage
