Project Lead Data Management Framework

The Project Lead – Data Management Framework (DMF) Delivery supports the Project ManagerProgram Director in the day-to-day execution, tracking, and coordination of DMF initiatives, ensuring delivery activities are progressing as planned at a granular level.

The role is responsible for driving execution discipline across workstreams, maintaining detailed trackers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring that tasks, dependencies, and deliverables are actively progressing.

The role requires working-level involvement with delivery teams, including basic understanding of data tools, platforms, and system dependencies, enabling effective coordination between Business, Data, and Technology teams..

Experience And Qualification

8–12 years of experience in:

• Data projects delivery
• Technology transformation
• Data governance / data platform implementation
• Proven hands-on delivery experience (not just governance or reporting).
• Experience in banking / financial services highly preferred.
• Experience delivering Data Management Framework or similar programs.
  
  

Certifications (preferred)

• PMP / PRINCE2
• Agile / SAFe
• Exposure to regulatory environments (CBUAE, BCBS 239) preferred
  
  

Technical & Domain Expertise (Critical for This Role)

• Basic to intermediate understanding of:
• Data governance concepts
• Data quality processes
• Data lineage and metadata
  
  

Awareness Of

• Data tools (catalog, DQ, lineage tools)
• Data flows and system dependencies
• Ability to follow and track technical delivery tasks, even if not designing solutions.
