Job Title: Project Sales Lead – Water Treatment Solutions
Role Summary
The Project & Sales Leader will own the end-to-end project lifecycle—from bid and solutioning to execution alignment and collections—for water treatment solutions. This role combines commercial leadership, technical solutioning, and project ownership, with full accountability for revenue, margins, pricing discipline, and contract risk.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Project Ownership
- Lead the complete lifecycle: opportunity identification → bid management → solution design → commercial closure → execution handover → collections
2. Commercial & Financial Accountability
- Own P&L at project level, including margins, pricing strategy, and cash flow
- Drive pricing discipline, contract structuring, and risk mitigation
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections management
3. Business Development & Solution Selling
- Promote value-based and solution-led selling
- Drive growth across key sectors: Industrial, Power, Data Centers, Municipal and alongside other sectors.
- Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users

4. Stakeholder Management
- Engage with government authorities, institutional clients, and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate internally with execution, finance, legal, and supply chain teams for seamless delivery
5. Market Intelligence & Expansion
- Track competition, policy changes, and sustainability trends
- Identify and develop new markets, channels, and partnerships
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical)
- 10 -15 years in water/wastewater solutions with strong expertise in water treatment solutions segment
- Proven track record managing large, complex projects across multiple countries
