We are hiring a full-time Project Management Coordinator to join our team on-site in Riyadh. This role involves managing project schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Key responsibilities include supporting program management activities, tracking project progress, conducting analyses to enhance project efficiency, and maintaining open and clear communication between stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring project alignment, efficient resource allocation, and overall quality execution.

• Strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to oversee and drive project success.
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess progress, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions.
• Outstanding Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, and ensure smooth project workflow.
• Experience with Program Management methodologies and principles is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software is an advantage.
