Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented project management coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in project management and gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams.

This role involves assisting in various project management activities and supporting project managers in their tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities
  • Support project managers in preparing schedules, reports, and documentation
  • Track project progress and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Maintain project files and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Support risk tracking and issue resolution activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills
