Project Management Executive cum QS

• Salary Range: Basic $2500 - $4000 + Performance Bonus
• Working day& time: 5.5 days Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Saturday (8am - 12pm)
• Working location: Kaki Bukit

Job Requirement:

. Preferably experience in main contractor HDB project and Tender team.

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

. Electrical & mechanical knowledge

Job Description:

. Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documents.

. Manage and monitor all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they remain within budget.

. Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contractual matters to ensure smooth project execution.

. Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors based on requirements, specifications, and schedules.

. Review and negotiate with contractors for cost-saving strategies, from rough estimates to final price approvals.

. Prepare detailed schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion of scheduled work.

. Oversee project administration and documentation.

. Maintain good relationships with external parties, including clients, architects/consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities/personnel.
