Project Management Manager

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the implementation, control and delivery acceptance coordination management of Cainiao Singapore Automation Equipment Integration Project

2. Organize project implementation, coordinate internal resources, coordinate users and related service providers externally, achieve project delivery goals and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up management of project progress, problems, risks and demands

3. Cooperate with project planners to create, communicate and maintain project plans using established project management processes and tools

4. With the support of the sales team, review and check the content or clauses of the project contract involving the feasibility and rationality of delivery, conduct risk analysis, and implement implementation tracking management

5. Monitor and manage the overall project budget, schedule, and changes or differences that occur during the project life cycle

6. Organize all necessary team meetings (kick-off meetings, regular or temporary reviews) and steering committee meetings for project delivery implementation, and use the project management knowledge system to maintain the key action plan of the project.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with project implementation management experience or PMP and other related professional certifications are preferred

2. English is the basic communication language, and business trips in Singapore are possible according to project needs

3. Familiar with project management processes and management skills, and able to solve problems in project operations during the process

4. Have good interpersonal communication, teamwork, conflict management and problem-solving skills
