Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define scope and priorities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate with UI/UX teams for front-end designs, workflows, and user experiences.
- Work closely with development teams to track progress on back-end services, integrations, and APIs.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through continuous monitoring, testing support, and validation.
- Drive communication across teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and communication materials for leadership.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to project management best practices.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (UI/UX concepts, responsive design, web/mobile apps).
- Good understanding of back-end architecture, APIs, databases, cloud, and integrations.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong project governance, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Good to Have:
- Good understanding on Devops Platform
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other PM certifications.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and quality processes.
