This is a 4-month maternity cover contract running from
August to November 2026, remotely based in Egypt.

You know how to balance timelines, budgets, creative ambition, and client expectations without letting things fall through the cracks. You bring structure where it's needed, stay calm when priorities shift, and enjoy working with different teams to make great work happen.
What You'll Do
- Own Projects From Start to Finish
You'll lead content retainers, social campaigns, and creative productions from brief to delivery, making sure everything stays on track, on budget, and moving forward
You'll work closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Account Management to coordinate people, resources, timelines, and deliverables without turning every update into a meeting that could have been a Slack message
- Build Strong Client Relationships
You'll be a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, navigating feedback, and helping projects run smoothly
- Manage Budgets & Timelines
You'll keep a close eye on project scope, budgets, and resourcing, balancing creative ambition with commercial reality
You'll help improve the way we work by bringing clarity, consistency, and smart solutions to our delivery processes
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, social, production, or digital agency
- Strong understanding of creative and content production workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence using project management and collaboration tools
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
