Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.00pm, Sat 8.00am-12.00pm
Salary : $6000-$9000

Project Manager (A2 Construction Company)
Responsibilities:
. Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project
. Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
. Manage and monitor the activities of appointed contractors to ensure their works are coordinated with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractor and operation colleagues of the commercial building
. Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
. Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
. Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
. Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
. Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
