Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects

Manage planning, scheduling, and budget control

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors

Oversee logistics, materials, and site operations

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and local regulations

Handle inspections, risk management, and issue resolution

Monitor progress and ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications

• 510+ years of construction experience (high-rise project preferred)
• Salary 15,000 to 20,000 per month (based on experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience within the UAE construction sector is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with high-rise or large-scale building projects and knowledge of applicable regulations
• Proven expertise in Project Management with the ability to oversee and deliver large-scale projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or BIM tools
• Experience in Expediting and managing Expeditor tasks to ensure efficient workflows
• Proficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Strong skills in Logistics Management for managing materials, resources, and on-site operations
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, Planning & scheduling, Budget control, Contractor and subcontractor coordination and leadership abilities
