Project Manager
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Role Purpose:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within the agreed scope, budget, and quality standards. The role includes project planning, team coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management, and securing approval of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues affecting timelines or outcomes.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project changes and scope creep through proper assessment and approvals.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, project execution, engineering, construction, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Experience in process industry, oil & gas, petrochemicals, water industries, or power plants.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera and MS Project.
- Experience in automation, engineering, and instrumentation fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to coach, train, and work effectively with project teams.
