Project Manager

Role focus:

• Represent the client across the full renovation lifecycle

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and designers

• Manage timelines, budgets, and execution quality

• Ensure detail-oriented, design-driven delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in villa renovations in Dubai

• Strong vendor network (HVAC, landscaping, automation, aluminum, etc.)

• Highly organized, systematic, and proactive

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
