Job Description
WE'RE HIRING | Manager – Projects (Fit-Out Delivery)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead retail store fit-outs, renovations and expansion projects.
Requirements:
8–10+ years of retail fit-out project management experience.
Minimum 5 years of Middle East experience.
Strong knowledge of civil & MEP works, BOQs, tendering and CAPEX management.
Experience in contractor management, mall approvals and statutory compliance.
Proven track record in multi-store / multi-country project delivery.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design. PMP preferred.
