:Job Description
We are hiring a Fit-Out Manager (Projects Execution) to lead the Execution Department and oversee multiple fit-out projects from site kick-off to final handover.

This role is responsible for managing on-site execution, supervising a team of Project Engineers and Site Engineers, ensuring quality delivery, and coordinating with internal teams (Technical, Procurement, Sales) to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Requirements

More than 5 years experience in Fit-Out Execution / Interior Projects.

Strong leadership and hands-on site management.

Ability to handle multiple projects with high execution tempo.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Based in Riyadh (Full-time).

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple fit-out execution projects across all active sites.

Supervise and direct execution staff (Project Engineers / Site Engineers / Supervisors).

Ensure high-quality fit-out delivery, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

Conduct frequent site visits, inspections, and daily follow-ups.

Coordinate materials planning and site readiness with Procurement.

Coordinate technical clarifications, submittals, and drawings with Technical Team.

Manage snag list, handover, and project close-out documentation.

Maintain structured reporting to management (weekly progress, risks, action plan).
