General Description

This role is responsible for providing a wide range of tasks as a Project Manager for Pipeline and Process Services projects. The role will plan project execution, coordinate resources and client interfaces, and deliver safe and compliant project outcomes in line with contractual and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall project leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and successful delivery of pipeline and process services scopes.
  • Maintain full control of project schedules, resources, documentation, and execution discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Operate effective project planning, mobilization, and site execution activities in line with COMPANY and contractual requirements.
  • Handle client interfaces, subcontractor coordination, variations, risks, and critical site issues under fast-track conditions.
  • Support HSE, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure procedures, method statements, and controls are fit for purpose.
  • Establish project controls, reporting structures, KPIs, and proactive risk and change management processes.
  • Deliver reports as required on progress, performance, risks, costs, and completion status to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with EPCs, client representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on planning, execution, and handover.
  • Conduct any other tasks or projects assigned by the direct line manager.

Qualification requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related discipline) is required.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Certification in PMP is an advantage.
  • 10+ years experience in Pipeline & Process Services projects (pre-commissioning, commissioning support, maintenance/shutdown services, etc.).
  • 5+ years in a project leadership capacity managing teams, subcontractors, and multi-discipline resources.
  • Proven ability to manage full project documentation cycle, including (as applicable):
  • Project execution plan / method statements / ITPs
  • Risk assessments & HSE documentation (JSA, PTW alignment, etc.)
  • Schedules, look-ahead plans, daily reporting, KPI tracking
  • Client deliverables, handover dossiers, redline/as-built coordination (interface-level)
  • Strong interface experience with EPCs / Client representatives, including planning alignment and technical/commercial coordination.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). Arabic is an advantage.
  • Able to perform under tight deadlines, high client pressure, and fast-track execution constraints.
