We are seeking a Project Manager/ Agile Coach to support a public-sector client on a 9-month engagement. The role focuses on strengthening organizational agility through structured training programs, project leadership, and the application of agile frameworks across government teams.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in training agile teams
- Proven experience working with the public sector and government entities in Saudi Arabia
- Certified Scrum Master (mandatory)
- Experience delivering agility training programs
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to train, coach, and enable teams across multiple organizational levels
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver organizational agility training programs
- Coach teams and leaders on agile practices
- Lead and manage projects and initiatives
- Work with government stakeholders to assess current maturity and identify improvement areas
- Develop training materials, toolkits, and learning content
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and organizational adoption
- Support the integration of resilience practices into day-to-day operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge transfer within client teams
