Project Manager (Agriculture & Palm) to join our dynamic team. This is a

We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our agricultural projects, with a special focus on palm cultivation, from initial concept through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing large-scale agricultural initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget for agricultural and palm-related projects.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Lead and motivate project teams to ensure commitment and delivery of key milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external partners.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager, specifically within the agriculture, agribusiness, or horticulture sectors.
- Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of palm cultivation and management is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and software.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A project management professional (PMP) certification would be considered a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
