Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage airport projects including terminals, airside/landside works, MEP, utilities, and support infrastructure.
- Act as the PMC representative, overseeing design consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual, technical, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, aviation regulators, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Review and approve design submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and project deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to aviation standards (ICAO, IATA, local aviation authority requirements).
- Manage contract administration, change management, claims, and variations.
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide clear communication to clients and senior management.
- Ensure HSE compliance across all project activities.
- Support commissioning, testing, handover, and close-out activities.
Experience Requirements
- 20+ years of overall project management experience.
- Significant experience (minimum 57 years) on airport or aviation infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record working with PMC / EPCM / consultancy organizations.
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and high-value projects.
- Local Experience in Egypt is a must
- Fluency in Arabic & English language is a must
