Role Description

1- Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure effective execution of facility construction and new production line

installation projects.

2- Ensure full compliance with local regulations by securing all required approvals and permits within appropriate timelines.

3- Coordinate and secure required internal and external resources, tools, and contractors in advance to support uninterrupted

project execution.

4- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery and cost control for construction and

installation activities.

5- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, supply chain, operations, and contractors, to ensure

alignment and execution efficiency.

6- Monitor project expenditures, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation actions to maintain project performance.

7- Oversee project completion activities, including punch list management, handover coordination, and post-completion

support.

8- Prepare and submit complete project documentation to the area owner and manage formal project sign-off and closure.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management roles, including hands-on leadership of construction or installation

projects within FMCG or industrial environments.

Proven capability in leading complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects within scope,

  • schedule, and budget.
