IT Project Manager – Asset & Wealth Management

Location: Qatar (Doha) Local candidates preferred

Experience: 10–15 years in IT Project Management (Banking domain mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and banking transformation programs. The role involves end-to-end delivery of complex banking initiatives across front, middle, and back-office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
• Gather and document business and system requirements
• Identify process gaps and drive improvement solutions
• Lead delivery of AWM and banking IT projects
• Coordinate with business, operations, IT, and vendors
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Prepare BRD, FRD, and business impact analysis
• Manage SIT, UAT, and production deployment
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in IT Project Management (Banking)
• Strong experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Capital Markets
• Knowledge of custody, securities, and investment processes
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Certifications (Preferred):
