- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of project outcomes
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reports
- Manage client expectations and communication
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance
- Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation initiatives
