We are Hiring !!!Location: Dubai, UAECompany: Freesia ElectromechanicalAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to lead and manage the execution of large-scale MEP projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead, plan, and oversee the complete execution of MEP works for assigned projects.Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and material requirements.Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations.Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure progress aligns with milestones.Manage project cost control, variation claims, and progress billing.Conduct regular project review meetings and submit status reports to senior management.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at all project sites.Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and performance.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10-15 years of experience in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in a project management role in the UAE.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project planning, and execution for high-rise or large-scale mixed-use developments.
