Job Description

Position Title: Project Manager Retail Division

Department: Retail Operations

Reports To: Chief Retail Officer (CRO)

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Baja HO

Job Summary

The Project Manager Retail Division is responsible for overseeing all retail showroom engineering, maintenance contracts, and related operational activities. The role ensures full compliance with Baja facility standards, cost control within approved budgets, and continuous improvement of retail infrastructure performance across all locations.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, optimizing facility performance, and driving cross-functional coordination between Retail, Marketing, Quality, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all showroom engineering and maintenance contracts in line with agreed SLAs, contractual terms, and approved budgets.
  • Oversee maintenance activities for retail showrooms and staff accommodations, ensuring preventive and corrective plans are executed effectively.
  • Conduct regular field and virtual audits with Retail Operations Managers (ROMs), Supervisors, and showroom teams using standardized checklists.
  • Ensure full compliance with Baja facility standards and initiate improvement projects where gaps are identified.
  • Lead coordination meetings with Marketing, Retail, and Quality departments, along with the main maintenance vendor, to review equipment performance.
  • Propose and implement initiatives to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports covering maintenance KPIs, compliance levels, and budget adherence.
  • Escalate critical operational risks and performance gaps to the Chief Retail Officer.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management capabilities with structured execution approach.
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, reporting, meetings, written and verbal).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High energy, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
