Job Description
We are looking for delivery-focused Project Managers who can independently manage complex technology projects within a banking environment.
Required Experience

Preferred Project Background
Profiles with experience in any of the following would be preferred:
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, or SAFe certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
The key requirement is a candidate with a strong ownership mindset who can proactively identify risks, drive actions, manage dependencies, challenge unrealistic commitments, and take accountability for delivery rather than only coordinating meetings and collecting updates.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management / Technology Delivery experience
- Strong experience managing medium to large technology projects
- Banking / Financial Services experience is highly preferred
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams, teams, and dependencies
- Previous exposure to integration-heavy or transformation projects is preferred
Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in:
- End-to-end project planning and execution
- High-level and detailed project plans
- Milestone and dependency management
- RAID management
- Resource and capacity planning
- Baseline vs. forecast tracking
- Release and Go-Live planning
- Recovery plans for delayed projects
- Executive status reporting and management dashboards
- Escalation and action tracking
Strong practical knowledge of:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Backlog management
- Story / Task / Bug lifecycle
- Sprint capacity and delivery forecasting
- Agile delivery governance
Technical Understanding

- APIs and system integrations
- Backend and Frontend development
- Middleware / ESB
- Legacy systems and modernization
- Integration dependencies
- Environments and deployments
- Technical blockers and defects
Good understanding of the delivery lifecycle, including:
- Development → Integration Testing → SIT → UAT → Go-Live → Hypercare
- Defect management and prioritization
- SIT/UAT readiness
- Test-data and environment dependencies
- Code freeze and release readiness
- Go-Live criteria and production support
The candidate should be capable of independently coordinating with:
- Development Teams
- Technical Leads / Architects
- QA and Testing Teams
- Product Owners / Business Teams
- Infrastructure and Security Teams
- External delivery partners
- Senior Management
Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and escalation skills are essential.

- Banking transformation
- Core banking integrations

- Branch banking systems
- Large-scale integration programs
- Multi-vendor / outsourced delivery environments
