Role: Project Manager

BI & Reporting Transformation

This is a hands-on project management role focused on delivering a large-scale business intelligence and reporting transformation across multiple markets in Southeast Asia.

A leading global cosmetics group with a diverse portfolio of international brands and a strong focus on innovation, digital technology, and data-driven business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of the BI workstream.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate regional teams, technical stakeholders, business users, and external vendors.
• Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Oversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Work with technical teams on data quality, reporting requirements, KPI definitions, and data governance.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, risk assessments, and delivery forecasts to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation
• Experience coordinating multi-country teams, multiple vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of BI, data warehousing, reporting, data migration, and system integration.
• Familiarity with project management tools and ServiceNow.
