Project Manager VisionPLUS Migration

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead
VisionPLUS card system migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from legacy platforms to VisionPLUS. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation within strict timelines and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end VisionPLUS migration projects (issuer/acquirer or both)
- Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans
- Manage migration phases: data extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover
- Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and third-party processors
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, regulatory, and bank security standards
- Oversee system integration with:
- Core Banking Systems
- Switches & Networks (Visa/Mastercard)
- Authorization, Clearing & Settlement
- Fraud, AML, and Reporting systems
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and provide mitigation plans
- Manage UAT, certification, parallel run, and production go-live
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates
- Support post-go-live stabilization and handover to operations
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Banking / Cards domain
- Strong hands-on experience with VisionPLUS migration or implementation
- In-depth understanding of:
- Card lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement)
- BIN migration, card plastics, embossing, and personalization
- Experience managing vendors and card processors
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Waterfall project management
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation or core system migration
- Exposure to multiple card platforms (VisionPLUS, Way4, TSYS, FirstVision)
