What can you expect
The Transformation COI is growing fast, selling and delivering work against two areas: Workforce Transformation (helping organizations rethink how humans get work done) and HR Transformation (helping organizations rethink how their people function powers their business).
We have four key areas of focus:

• Be famous for insightful thinking - have a strong, visible POV on the client issues that matter most. Be a thought partner and program manager for a series of pithy, impactful whitepapers. Convert our best thinking into client-ready sales and delivery materials
• Solve the right client problem - Go beyond the surface issues to hit deep, lasting pain points : Build and adapt solution materials to truly fit the client challenges of the moment
• Field the best team - Bring diverse, integrated capabilities to serve clients better. Coordinate trainings and develop training materials. Help onboard new joiners in Transformation
• Deliver sustainably - Deliver consistent, well-packaged, easy-to-buy solutions Take our most successful project work and clone it for repeated delivery. Work with operational partners to ensure materials enter firm knowledge management systems

We will count on you to:

• Be a central organizing force - program managing an array of short- and long-term initiatives. Make sure the trains run on time and don't collide! Be tough when needed it's encouraged.
• Be a kind and empathic colleague, with good visibility at street level. Help the Transformation COI understand where help is needed, and be a force of warmth and positivity in providing it.
• Be a thought leader - immersed in learning and research, bringing new ideas to the table.

What you need to have:

• Agility
• Intellectual curiosity

• Project management skills
• Writing skills
• The ability to land concepts on the page, in PowerPoint or other media
• A passion for Transformation (but you don't necessarily need any subject matter knowledge)
